The planning process involves individual and group reflection (involving team members, project partners and/or key stakeholders), then discussion on the vision, aims, objectives, expectations, actions and evaluation of a developing or new initiative. Participants individually respond in writing to a list of questions. I collate and circulate the responses, which then form the basis for a recorded on-line deliberation. I write up the findings in a report, which gets circulated, reviewed and agreed.
