The debriefing process involves individual and group reflection, then discussion on learnings and what could be improved on in the future. Participants individually respond in writing to a list of questions. I collate and circulate the responses, which then form the basis for a recorded on-line deliberation. I write up the findings in a report, which gets circulated, reviewed and agreed.
